After the end of each month – normally within a week or two – Coverstory books will receive notification from our distributor of the number of books sold in the previous month, the value of those sales, and the royalties due on those sales.
Once we have these figures, we will process them and identify the royalties owing to you based on the agreement we reached for publication.
Quarterly, we will then notify you of the sales and royalties figures – ideally by sending you an email containing all the relevant information. This will then be immediately followed by payment of the royalty amounts due to you through on-line bank transfer into your nominated bank account.
Notes:
If for any reason Coverstory books should find itself unable to continue operating as a publisher, we would notify our printer / distributor of that fact and arrange to have you identified as the sole recipient of any royalties.
