“Sensitive Information”

We are delighted to announce the forthcoming publication of Zanna Beswick‘s debut poetry collection, Sensitive Information, on the 18th July, 2026.

Zanna Beswick has worked extensively in theatre and drama. She has over 200 on-screen credits as commissioning story editor/producer of British broadcast television drama. She has designed, run and taught the flagship course on dramatic literature and theatre for Wake Forest University USA’s London Faculty; she has taught and directed Renaissance drama as visiting Lecturer for several years at Bristol University.

Although hampered by the brain injury acquired from surviving encephalitis, she has written and published poetry throughout. This is her first full-length collection.

“Zanna Beswick has the gift of transporting the reader through her vision (in two different meanings – both eyes and soul) and these poems do that with such quiet authority and grace.” – Sarah Dunant, Novelist and critic

“She beautifully combines a delicacy of touch in her poems, with a profound and sensitive connection to the wide range of subjects that she illuminates with her work.” – Christana Shewell, Teacher and therapist in voice and communication skills; author of Voicework

“As a painter I’m deeply touched and inspired by Zanna’s work. She conveys insight the way many painters do, the layers of paint carrying so much more than pigment and glaze. Her poetry just stops me, as profound poetry does. I was tearful when I read ‘Desert’.” – Ricky Romain, Human Rights Artist
